How we work

From first meeting to first working day

In five steps, within 21 days, you gain a finance colleague who works to your standards and in your software, with Dutch management and one Dutch contract.

    DAY 1

    Introduction

    Online or in person with Peter Stavenuiter or Stefan van der Veen. In this meeting we map out the role, capacity and software your firm requires.

  2. 02
    WEEK 1

    Selection

    We choose from colleagues in Bali who have already completed the ADWI Academy, based on experience, skills and fit with your firm.

  3. 03
    WEEK 2

    Meeting your colleague

    Before the colleague starts, an introduction meeting takes place between you and the ADWI colleague to check the match. We plan it together with you.

  4. 04
    WEEK 2-3

    Getting started

    The colleague learns your software, systems and way of working, with supervision from our office in Bali.

  5. 05
    DAY 21

    First working day

    Your new colleague works to your standards, systems and methods. You sign one contract with our Dutch B.V. and have one point of contact.

Working hours

Processed before your team starts

What you hand over yesterday is processed before your team starts. Bali is 6 or 7 hours ahead of the Netherlands, so your colleague works in the Dutch night and early morning.

In the Dutch morning we agree fixed overlap hours with you. Then your team can ask questions of the colleague and of our team lead.
