Applicability

The terms and conditions of ADWI Finance B.V. are part of every quotation and every agreement. You receive them with the quotation, so you can read them before you agree.

Confidentiality

We treat all data of your firm and your clients as confidential. Every professional works under a confidentiality agreement and according to the arrangements in the data processing agreement.

Governing law

Our agreements are governed by Dutch law.
