A data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses belong to every partnership and are concluded before your colleague starts.
Confidentiality and Security Awareness
Every professional works under a confidentiality agreement. Every colleague also passes Module 0 Security Awareness of the ADWI Academy before starting.
Clear agreements, in writing
Before we start, all data processing arrangements are set out in a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Your colleague works in your own firm’s systems, through secure, authorised accounts and encrypted connections. The data stays there and is not copied to ADWI systems.
Every professional works under a confidentiality agreement and according to fixed data protection protocols. The data of your firm and your clients remains confidential at all times.
Our colleagues work from Indonesia. Indonesia is outside the European Union and has no adequacy decision from the European Commission. Before a cooperation starts, we conclude a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses (SCCs) for this transfer. This lets your firm include it in its own privacy statement.
